A dazzeling beauty with semi prooflike surfaces, orange-golden color with flecks of added toning scattered about onthe reverse. Softly struck at the date and parts of the wreath. PCGS has graded only 7 examples in total. Tied with three others for Finest Known. Pop 4, none finer (PCGS # 10583) .
