Lot 3898

1914-S $5 Indian. PCGS graded MS-62. Mostly untoned. Scarce date in Mint State. A high degree of cartwheel luster spins gracefully on the satiny, deep golden surfaces of this bright and exciting MS62. The strike is crisp in most places, though some weakness is noted at the lower feathers in the Indian's headdress (PCGS # 8529) .
Estimated Value $3,200 - 3,500.
