Macedonian Kingdom. Alexander III, the Great, 336-323 BC. AR Tetradrachm (17.24 g), Amphipolis, struck c. 315-294 BC. Struck under Kassander or Lysimachos. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion's skin headdress. Reverse: Zeus Aêtophoros enthroned left holding scepter and eagle; Λ, torch, ΔI monogram under chair. Price 495. Well struck. Lightly toned and very lustrous. Extremely Fine.
