1871 Nickel Three Cents. PCGS graded MS-66. Pristine frosty surfaces. One faint fly-specks at the obv rim at 5 o'clock. An impressive gem of this scarce early date, with brilliant luster and lively nickel fresh highlight. Representative bold strike for the date, somewhat smooth at the head and cheek area of the obverse, and thoroughly pristine on the reverse. Pop 19; 1 finer in 67. (PCGS # 3737) .
