Rockwell, Norman (1894-1978) American illustrator and artist. Typed Letter Signed on personal letterhead, 1p, 7¾x5¾", Stockbridge, Mass., 26 Mar. 1974. Very fine. Telling a Mr. Adams that he did one bi-centennial painting for the Franklin Mint and regretting that he can't do a sketch for Adams.
