Each earring is composed of seven rhinestones--six smaller round ones atop a larger, tear-drop shaped one. Miss Ball gave these earrings to senior make-up artist Gordon Bau as a token of her appreciation. With a notarized Certificate of Authenticity from Hollywood Prop Supply.
