Bradley, Will. Mary 1896. Original print, 13"x7", with sharp black and white contrast. Accompanied by the book: Will Bradley: His Graphic Art, edited by Clarence P. Horning (Dover Publications, 1974). The print is illustrated in plate #34 and is credited: "The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Gift of Fern Bradley Dufner, 1952." Will Bradley (1868-1962) was a cartoonist, illustrator, decorator and architect; one of the leading turn-of-the-century poster artists; often referred to as the American Aubrey Beardsley.
