Printed portion is also printed in English on a conjoined page. Fine; overall toning. With a Royal red wax seal and a Royal black stamp with crown and encircling Hawaiian motto. The document is a transaction with Kaiaikawaha relative to 90 acres of land at Mokuleia, Waialua, Oahu, Hawaii. Also signed by Keoni Ana as Minister of the Interior.
