Mifflin, Thomas. Document Signed "Tho Mifflin" as President of the Supreme Executive Council, 13½x15¾" (Philadelphia), 6 March 1789. Very good; overall age yellowing; paper seal lacks two points. A land grant of 150 acres to Patrick McGee in Westmoreland County.
