Wilhelm II (1859-1941) Last emperor of Germany (1888-1918); oldest grandchild of Queen Victoria. Photograph Signed "Doorn 1925 / Wilhelm F.R. " on the mount, 13¾x10" (photo is 9¾x6¾"). Fine; creases at both lower corners do not affect the signature or image. A chest-up, right profile portrait of the man who was Germany's last emperor and the last of the Hohenzollern dynasty. Wilhelm fled to The Netherlands on 9 November 1918 and lived in Doorn until his death.
