1865 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. NGC graded Proof 65 Cameo PQ. A fully white coin. The satin surfaces ripple with original luster while surrounding them is a glassy smooth sea of mirror freshness. The coin is untoned and silvery. The only hairlines are so tiny as to require a magnifying glass, leaving full, respectable amounts of detail throughout with no signs of weakness to the strike. Only 500 proofs struck. Pop 4; 12 finer.
