Judaea, Herodian Period. Herod Agrippa II, 56-95 AD. AE 22 mm. Year 24, struck 84/85 AD. Laureate and cuirassed bust of Domitian right, cuirass with aegis. Reverse: Nike alights right, holding palm branch and wreath, inscription in field. Hendin 602; Mesh., Treasury, 150. Minor striking flatness to top of portrait, otherwise a boldly struck piece. Handsome deep gray-green patina with earthen highligts. Good Very Fine / Extremely fine.
