A flashy, fully struck, and thoroughly outstanding Gem Proof of the scarce early Civil War period No Motto design. Struck with exactitude rarely found on even this year's production, which tended to be crisply detailed as a rule. Only 550 proofs issued. Pop 14; 2 in 66; 1 in 67. (PCGS # 6416) .
