Flask-like Juglet in Pale Green Glass. Roman, c. 2nd - 3rd century AD. Blown in pale green glass, this bottle has a flared neck and rolled rim. The globular body here has been flattened. At one side, a delicate trailed handle. Intact and perfect. The iridescence transparent, and in softly metallic greens, blues, violets, and silvers. Height: 3-1/8"; on custom stand.
