Revolutionary War Style Colonial Uniform From "The Patriot." Three-piece, red, white, and blue wool uniform issued to the set of the 2000 production of The Patriot, for use by a cast member. The knee-length pants and vest are white with plain gray buttons. The three-quarter length coat is navy with red trim; the gray buttons are stamped "USA." The label has "The Sentry Post" and Size 42. This uniform was originally acquired from the set by the costumer and has been stored in wardrobe archives since the production was completed. The Patriot starred Mel Gibson.
