Griffith, Corinne (1894-1979) Silent film actress; nominated for Best Actress for her performance in The Divine Lady (1929); in 1938, she wrote the lyrics for the Washington Redskins' fight song, "Hail to the Redskins." Edwin Bower Hesser original vintage 13¼"x16¼" photograph signed by the photographer at lower right. Edge wear includes corner creasing and minor soiling, not affecting the gorgeous head-and-shoulders image.
