Document Signed as Emperor of Mexico, 1p, in Spanish, 10¾"x8", Mexico, 1866 Feb. 7. Very fine. To the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Navy, assigning Artillery Officer Ignacio Gayosso to the Political Corps of the Navy and ordering that he be placed in the offices of its Department of Official Interpreter-Scribe.
