Bryan," as Secretary of State on embossed Department of State stationery, 1¼pp, 10½"x8", Washington, n.d. (c. 1913-1915). Very good; some soiling. To Mr. Berger, asking Berger to make plans to visit Ashville with him, "…I am anxious for you to see the city and its environment…."
