To "My very dear Secretary," regarding a storm. In part, "In the old R[ed] C[ross] days, we should have been with you on the 28th if the roads could have been gotten over…we feared the breaking of the dykes all along the coast….that must interrupt business…." With a 32¢ Clara Barton stamp.
