Document Signed, 1 p, 11"x8½", Los Angeles, California, 1936 Dec. 3. Fine. Concerning the Gershwins agreement of employment with RKO Studios, Inc. "to the effect that you represent and declare that no agreement which you have made or now contemplate making with Samuel Goldwyn, Inc. Ltd. will conflict in any way with the services you may be required to render to us…." Both Gershwins signed in black ink.
