Roman Empire. Lot of 3 Severan AR Denarii, Rome mint, c. 204-216 AD. All with laureate head right. Earliest, 204 AD., of Severus, with Dea Caelestis over Carthage (RIC 266). Other two with Caracalla -- c. 212, Hercules with branch (cf. Sear II 6828); and, Venus Victrix (Sear II 6891). All sharp and well centered, on decent metal. Inspection suggested. Lot of 3 coins. ICG graded AU-55 - VF-35.
