Roman Empire. Lot of 3 AR Denarii, c. 64 BC. - 68 AD. Interesting material - nice lot. Included are: L. Roscius Fabatus, Juno Sospita / Woman and snake (RSC Roscia 3); Galba, Oak wreath, legend in 3 lines (RSC 287); Fourré Denarius of Octavian, Actian arch (RSC 123). Also, an AE 24 of Thrace, Augustus & Rhoemetalkes I of fine style: Jugate heads / head of Augustus (RPC 1711; SNG Cop. 1188). Close inspection suggested, as surfaces, metal, and patinas vary. Lot of 4 coins. Coins range from Fine to Choice Very Fine.
