Sasanian Kingdom. Lot of 21 AR Drachms, c. 3rd-7th century AD. Good lot. From various sources in the 1950's, including Kline, Le Jeune, Cohen. A variety of mostly later rulers. All with: Draped bust right, with a variety of hair styles and head gear / Fire altar. Generally well struck on good metal. Worth a good look, as pieces have a variety of tones and surfaces. Also included are AR Dirhams, several Mint State: 3 Umayyads, 3 Il-Khanids, Abbasid, and lastly a Russian "Wire Money." Lot of 29 coins. Coins range from About Fine to Uncirculated.
