Ancient Greece & Near East. Lot of Silver Coins, 4th century BC. - 1st century AD. Included are: Neapolis, Campania, usual Nomos type (SNG ANS 403); Histiaia, Euboea, usual Tetrobol, 2nd cent BC.; Illyria, perhaps Apollonia, Drachm - Cow / Stellate pattern (SGC 1878); also, Ptolemy I Tetradrachm, by the Delta Master (cf. BMC p. 14, 9; Svor. 265). Plus two Parthian Drachms of typical type: Orodes II (Shore 258); and, Artabanos II (Shore 337). Last, a Legionary Denarius of Marc Antony: Galley / Aequilia (Legion XV). Coins come in a wide range of conditions, with a variety of surfaces and patinas. Inspection suggested. Lot of 7 coins. Coins range from Fair to Very Fine.
