Roman Empire. Elagabalus, 218-222 AD. AR Denarius, Antioch mint, struck 218-219 AD. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right. Reverse: Quadriga with parasols right, bearing stone of Emesa; SANCT DEO SOLI ELAGABAL. RIC 195; RSC 268; Sear II 7545. Sharp and lightly toned. Nice example of this historical coin. Very Fine plus.
