Roman Empire. Vespasian, 69-79 AD. AE As, Rome mint, struck 76 AD. Laureate head right. Reverse: Aequitas stranding left, holding scales and long scepter; AE-QVITAS AVGVST, SC. RIC 580a; C. 4. Flawless strike on choice flan. Wonderful dark green patina, with occasional touch of earthen color. A sharply detailed gem of a coin! Superb Extremely Fine.
