Philippines. Peso, 1903. This is the first year proofs were struck at the Philadelphia mint for the Philippines and a total of 2,558 were coined. Although ANACS has net graded this coin, we feel the toning is natural and is deserving of a higher grade. ANACS graded Net graded Proof 58 cleaned.
