Great Britain. Angel, ND. S.2091; Fr-139. Edward IV, Second Reign, 1471-1483. St. Michael standing, slaying the dragon. Reverse: Ship bearing shield and cross, rose and E at sides. The Gold Angel and Half Angel were the only gold denominations issued during this second reign of Edward IV. Tough to fine in nice condition, this coin is well struck with a good portrait and subdued original luster. NGC graded AU-55.
