1902, $10 National Bank Note. Fr-624. Another of the popular Blue Seal Third Charter notes, this with severe miscutting that left a portion of the note above visible in the margin. Signatures unreadable. Typical for this grade, but no damage whatsoever. PCGS graded Very Good 10.
