Lot 2532

Great Britain. Halfcrown, 1817. S.3788; KM-667. George III. Bull head. Variety with "T" over "D" in DEI. This is very rare, the Spink price guide giving it a value of £500 ($1,000) in EF but not pricing it in Uncirculated. Lovely golden brown tone and a very nice Mint State coin indeed. Our estimate is admittedly a guess. Open bidding will determine its worth. NGC graded MS-65.
Estimated Value $1,250 - 1,500.
The Cheshire Collection.

Realized $1,495
