Lot 123

1925-S Buffalo Nickel. PCGS graded MS-64. This very fresh specimen has blazing luster under a bit of pretty russet toneing. The strike is quite typical for a 25-S, soft with peripheral weakness. Still lots of eye appeal for its total originality. Lange rates it a Rarity 6 in this grade. Pop 204, with 15 in 65 and 1 in 66 (PCGS # 3956) .
Estimated Value $4,500 - 5,000.
