1915-D Buffalo Nickel. PCGS graded MS-65 PQ. A handsome strike with vibrant satiny surfaces and great color. Sunrise yellow overall, the obverse is especially attractive with its pale aqua and pink highlights. David Lange in his specialized reference on Buffalo Nickels says of this date and mint, "Gems are Rare". Here is the Gem of which he speaks! (PCGS # 3928) .
