Carol, Sue (1907-1982) Silent screen actress; agent and wife of Alan Ladd. Two original vintage photographs. The first is 16 x 13 in., probably in a costume for the 1927 film Slaves of Beauty. Slight silvering around edges and creases in right corners, affecting nothing. The second is a 17 x 14 in. head and shoulders portrait; it has "#11" in pencil on the back; it has some light soiling in the borders and a few minor edge dings Neither photo has an attribution, but they belonged personally to Hesser. These photos have been in storage for 40+ years, since Hesser's death.
