Large Signature in greenish-blue ink on a 4¼ x 6 in. album page with three punch holes at left. With a glossy 10 x 8 in. photo of Hendrix. His performance at the Monterey Pop Festival in 1967, where he set fire to his guitar, became one of the defining moments in music history.
