Original New Yorker cartoon on 14 x 17 in. art paper showing a man sitting at his desk with a sign, "The Buck Starts Here," signed by cartoonist Ed Fisher at lower left. The cartoon is marked for inclusion in the magazine and has a brown paper cover stamped "The New Yorker / Editorial Department…" and dated 5/27/74. Fisher is a prolific artist who has created many wonderful cartoons for The New Yorker.
