This exquisite map documents the northern portion of Venezuela as well as the southern portion of the Caribbean islands; St. Lucia, Granada, Tobago and Margarita to name a few. Accented with a delicate use of hand painted color throughout the map itself and the adorning vignettes of native inhabitants, "westerners" and mythic figures. Museum matted and framed to an overall size of 22.5 x 19.5". Fine.
