Very scarce, particularly with a seldom seen fancy cancel, listed catalog value is for an on-cover use with an ordinary cancel, on cover to Egypt P.O., Scriven County GA cancelled by bold sans-serif "US" in circle (Skinner-Eno PT-US 50), Augusta GA postmark, the stamp is slightly soiled and it has a few of the usual short perforations, otherwise Fine, with 2004 P.S.E. certificate.
