Reasonably attractive and unquestionably a very rare usage, the used block alone catalogs $2,500 off-cover, single and a block of four used with a single 3¢ dull red #26 tied by New York postmarks on large part of a 21 times rate linen-lined "court house" cover to Mount Vernon IL, the 3¢ additionally tied by ms., the left pair in the block and the 3¢ with vertical filing crease, with 2004 P.S.E. certificate.
