Listed catalog value is for a single on cover plus a used off-cover pair, used off-cover strip of three catalogs $10,500, a very rare vertical strip of three, reasonably well-centered for this tightly spaced 1857 issue value, marvelous deep true Indian red color, on an 1858 folded letter to France tied by New Orleans LA postmarks, red Boston "12" and French transits, the stamps with light toning at right and the cover with some small stains, otherwise nearly Very Fine, with 2004 P.S.E. certificate.
