1855, 10¢ green, type II, . Scott 14. With original contents and from the same correspondence as the 3¢ Claret #11 cover, attractive horizontal strip of three, three large margins, clear to barely in at top, marvelous fresh color, tied on an 1857 cover to France by light Rochester NY postmarks, red "NEW PAID YORK 12 MAY 9"and red French transit, "S. G. Andrews M.C." congressional free frank which was invalid on international mail, the right stamp is almost severed by a scissors cut from the middle one, and the left one partially so (not mentioned on the accompanying certificate), otherwise Fine, with 2004 P.S.E. certificate.
