Quite handsome and a scarce usage, single and a horizontal strip of four, huge margins to slightly cut in, marvelous color and impression, on an 1857 cover to France tied by indistinct New York town postmarks (most likely Rochester) and red "NEW PAID YORK 12 MAY 27" transit, red boxed "P.D." and French transit, Fine, with 2004 P.S.E. certificate.
