1881 Nickel Three Cents. PCGS graded Proof 66 Cameo. While not one of the most heavily collected series from U.S. numismatics, this specimen could make anyone realize just how beautiful a Cameo Proof Three Cent Nickel can be. Liberty's device is thickly frosted and the fields are satiny and reflective. A champagne tint exists to the overall appearance of this superb gem. A few spots of harmless, original film but not a mark to mention. PCGS population of 26 in PR-66CAM, 11 in PR-67CAM and 3 in PR-68CAM (PCGS # 83777) .
