1864 Indian Head Cent. Bronze, with "L". . Snow-3, 18/1864/1864. NGC graded MS-65 Red & Brown. Well struck with only the first two feathers displaying the slightest strike weakness. Clean surfaces with the only spot found below the ST of STATES. The date has been triple punched, diagnostic for this variety. A dramatic variety that Snow considered scarce! Definitely for the sophisticated Small Cent collector.
