Lydia, Kings of. Uncertain King, before 561 BC. Electrum Third Stater - Trite (4.72 g). Head of roaring lion right, wart at forehead. Reverse: Double incuse punch. Weidauer 86-89; Rosen 655, 656. A bit softly struck, from a somewhat worn die. But, on remarkably large flan, with virtually complete device. Rare thus. Very Fine.
