Lot 2614
1909-D $20 St. Gaudens. NGC graded MS-62. A mixture of rose and orange gold surfaces. Quite lustrous with only a single scratch in the right obverse field to note. With a mintage of only 52,500, it took a hoard discovery to reduce the status of this issue from that of a major rarity.
