1909 $20 St. Gaudens. 9 over 8. PCGS graded MS-62. This is the only overdate issue from the Saint Gaudens double eagle coinage. The overdate on the present example is extremely bold and can be seen with the naked eye. The luster and originality of this piece are reminiscent of a 63+ coin but there are some light abrasions and hairlines. A very choice example of an always popular issue (PCGS # 9151) .
