1897-S $10 Gold Liberty. PCGS graded MS-61. Soft yellow gold surfaces with a touch of reflectivity. Rolling luster and clean surfaces on this eagle that rarely comes finer than MS-63. It is worth mentioning that the mint mark on this example is much stronger than normal. Housed in an old PCGS green label holder. PCGS has graded 22 in MS-61 with only 27 finer (PCGS # 8739) .
