1839-C $2.50 Gold Classic Head. EF-45. Well struck with some scattered marks on both sides and traces of mint luster still extant. Quite scarce and one of only two dates of this design struck at the Charlotte Mint. Accompanied by an old green PCGS EF-45 tag.
