1799 Draped Bust Dollar. 9 over 8. 15 stars on reverse. VF-20 with rim nicks. Moderate cleaning over otherwise abrasion free surfaces. Rim bruises are noted around the obverse and reverse. Quickly recognized by the overdate and the segments of the two stars protruding out of the left-most and right-most clouds (although this specimen does not display the remnants of the right hand star, most likely due to wear and strike weakness).
