1798 Draped Bust Dollar. Heraldic eagle reverse, wide date, 13 arrows. . Bolender-14a, Rarity-6. Sharpness of Fine-15. Cleaned/polished. A somewhat appealing example of this very scarce die variety. Evidently, Bolender-14a, identified by an obvious "tail" between the 4th and 5th stars and a general raised and rough appearance among the 6 left stars. Surfaces have a bright silvery appearance as a result of heavy cleaning, bordering on polishing.
